It was her and her opponent. No one else. Nothing else. This was the mindset that Arianna worked on day in and day out while she was here at the school. She had a problem, and this problem consisted of her not being able to pay attention to her own battles. When she was a full on slayer she would want to jump in on other peoples fights, and tended to forget she had her own going on. This was how she was going to fix it. So far she didn't know if the results were going to be in her favor or not.
Right. Left. Duck. Kick. Going through the motions as if there really was someone in front of her. She almost hoped there was. Arianna wasn't a fighter, but the thrill of the fight got to her. She wouldn't be the first one to say no to a fight, but maybe the first to say yes. Arianna had always been the peaceful type when she was younger, but once she learned of her powers as a slayer, before she knew what a slayer was, her innocence gave way and out came a hard shell. Impenetrable to anyone wanting to get close. It was something else she needed to work on.
Trust.
Here it was a big deal. Especially with the amount of them there were. They needed to be able to rely on one another.
Scrounching down low, providing a low kick to her non-existant partner she heard someone come in. It was something she was used to people going in and out all day long. Atleast the room was in use. Better then if it wasn't.
